This Month Health Article Will Feature, Detox Water! These Are A Few Recipes You Can Use To Just Infuse Waters for Detoxification Energy and Hydration. You Can Put As Much Of The Ingredients You Want And Let It Sit In The Water For At Least 30 Minutes Before Drinking.

  1. This recipe is for all my junkies looking forward to cardiovascular health, immune system protection, blood sugar regulation, and digestion. All you need is strawberries and kiwis, YUM! Tasty and healthy…forget juice.
  2. My second recipe includes lemon, lime and oranges; this helps digesting vitamin C, immune defense, and heartburn. The only thing different from the other is that this infused water must me drink at room temperature.
  3. Another infuse recipe would be the classic one you would normally see at events or just overall. Cucumber, lime and lemon. This water helps with controlling your appetite, digestion, weight management, bloating and hydrationS
